Foss Heating and Cooling in Mt. Vernon has been serving the Snohomish area since 1972. We have a solid reputation, low turnover, and offer a great working environment and company culture. We are currently looking for a bookkeeper to join our team.

This position is responsible for providing accurate and timely financial reporting, maintaining efficient internal controls, collecting receivables, and adhering to accounting policies and other company policies and procedures. You will also be responsible for helping out with basic administrative duties such as answering phones.

Work start and end time: 8:00am - 5:00pm Monday to Friday

Pay Scale: $20 - $25 per hour DOE

Required Qualifications: 5 years book keeping experience Well organized and ability to work independently Advanced customer service skills Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook Proficiency in Quickbooks or other accounting software
